Cargo Pants & Embroidered White

Wearing: Zara Cargo Pants/Embroidered Top. Tibi Sandals (Similar in blue/and here). Superdry Leather Jacket (Similar here).

Spring weather made me thinking of Napa Valley. My mom came from Thailand to visit me and I wanted to take her somewhere nice and warm. Napa Valley was a perfect choice and she loved it! We went to a few wineries and did wine tasting of course we had a designated driver. My mom is really down to earth and she doesn't like to dress up so I wanted to wear something casual but still look polish to match her look (sorry, I didn't have picture of her). I am really into white lately. It is easy to pair with other colors. The cargo pants are must-have (in my opinion). They are like a black purse, I can wear everyday. Hope you like this outfit :-)

Maxi Dress and Denim Shirt

Wearing: Bebe Maxi Dress (Similar here/here). Tory Burch Cross-Body Bag (Similar here). Sam Edelman Sandals. Denim Shirt (Similar here).

Happy Friday loves!  Hope you are having a fabulous day. I go back to my country every year and spend at least one month there. But this year, I only spent two weeks. My family lives in Krabi province. In the last few years, Krabi has become one of the most desire tourist destination in Thailand. I am not surprised at all.  This place is so beautiful, magical and so different from other places. Its unique landscaping, beaches, and mountains full of evergreen trees absolutely stunning.
Krabi has many beautiful beaches, but I only made it to Ao Nang beach. It was about 15 minutes drive from downtown.  I used to come here often when I was in my high school years. Back then, just the beach and a few vendors selling food in their truck but now turn into the tourist place, luxury hotel & resorts, expensive boutique shops and much more to please the tourists. But I noticed the local people still live their lives the same way, friendly, down to earth, and big smile on their face as I walk by and say hi to them. At this moment, I realized how simple live it was when I lived there.

Back to what I wore, when traveling, I pack very light and easy to wear pieces. This colorful maxi dress has been through a lot but still looks good so I decided to pack it for my trip. Thailand is a tropical place and the humidity is about 100%. I sweat as soon as I walk out of the hotel. This dress was light and easy to maintain. You may think I am a little crazy but I literally, used it to wipe of my sweat!

Skinny Jeans & Biker Leather Jacket

Wearing: Abercrombie & Fitch Blouse (Similar here)  Zara Biker Leather Jacket (Similar here) True Religion Jeans (Similar here) Rebecca Minkoff Cross-Body Bag. Valentino Pumps (Similar here)

Skinny jeans, leather jacket, and pumps are like my uniform. I am a jeans person and when I am off duty, either running errands or having fun with my daughter, my first choice would be jeans. I was planning to wear a simple t-shirt because nothing will look more edgy like wearing a skinny jeans and a plain t-shirt. But I really love this blouse, loose fit and off white color goes well with these faded skinny jeans. We all know no matter what outfit we wear, as soon as you put on a pair of pumps. You become chic instantly. This is my investment pair. I love the nude color, platform, and 4.5 inches heels. I can wear them with every outfit. I am done hunting for a pair of nude heels for now :-)

Blush Blazer & Ripped Jeans

Wearing Current & Elliott Jeans. AX Exchange Blazer (Similar here/here/here) Sole Society Sandals (Similar here). Longchamp Tote. T-Shrit Via Marshalls.

I can own blazer in every color. They are the key piece to have in my closet. I love menswear-inspired style, not too big but have enough room to move around especially when I run after my 4 years old daughter :-) This blazer caught my eye right away, the color, the cut and the long length are exactly what I am looking for. We made a trip to South Lake Tahoe. The relax ripped jeans were perfect for traveling and they go so well with this blazer. The ripped jeans have transformed to the classic piece. They will never go out of style. I made the investment by getting the pairs with good qualify and of course the fitting is one of the most factors to consider.
